Dear Mr.James, I am a producer from Hong Kong TV International Media Group. We are now working on a documentary on Xinjiang and we wanted to know if there was any chance we could buy some of these footages to quote from in our documentary?
Thank you very much!

we are working on a project proposal and we wanted to know if there was any chance we could use any of this stock footage only for application purposes, not at all for any commercial purposes, we will credit you completely but wanted to know if this was allowed?
